The Pritzker Military Museum & Library will be the setting for the 2016 AHA Dinner. In the heart of Chicago's Loop, the Pritzker Military Museum & Library is located in the Monroe Building. The dinner and business meeting will be held in The Gallery, located on the 2nd Floor. The Museum & Library provides a unique blend of historic ambiance and is home to thousands of artifacts including war posters, photographs, and realia.
Robert A. Strickland, M.D., Department of Anesthesiology, Wake Forest Baptist Health, Winston Salem, NC, will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Strickland's lecture is entitled:
"Isabella Coler Herb, MD: A Pioneer American Anesthetist and Dean of the Women Physicians in the Specialty."
Dinner and reception price is $125 for AHA members and their guests, and $140 for non-members and their guests. Dinner will be buffet style and wine will be served.
